Three queens avenue is subtle architecture at its finest.

To emphasize the landscaped plaza at the front, the building is delicately pushed back from the street corner, covered by trees and greenery.

The plaza is designed to catch the morning sun, with glazing opening the facade to the greenery, projecting the architecture into the outdoor open space while the awnings protect glazing and interiors from the midday sun.

The fluidity of the design is meant to be non-confrontational, gently blending into the background of the green space.
