CONDOMINIUM INTERIOR

The project brief called for a mixed-use high rise building in a prominent location in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Split between retail and parking in podium, commercial and multi-residential towers above, the building is a complex combination of building functions.

The commercial and multi-residential high-rise components share the centralised core with lifts and fire stairs, separating circulation but combining the structural and functional elements of the core.

Amenity for both buildings is well considered with balconies and landscaping providing shading to the apartments, whilst the commercial tower uses horizontal louvres to block the main solar heat gains.
