LISMORE

45 William Blair Avenue in Lismore, NSW is a project completed by Future in collaboration with local architect Steve Gartsky.

Future was engaged to design and deliver the masterplan and house designs for the sloped site, for affordable housing. Over 30 units maximise the yield on the site, taking advantage of southerly views over protected bushland. A range of house types designed to respond to the site, including local terrain, climate and demographics, successfully occupy the site.
