MALL 592

Mall 592 is an exiting community mall in Toul Kork, Phnom Penh. The project brief called for a low cost construction to activate a busy corner site.

Designed to accomodate a range of F&B outlets at a low price point, the site draws visitors into the centre through carefully considered circulation points and landscape design.

The ground level allows for indoor retail spaces with al fresco dining, whilst 2 shared stairways provide access to the first floor - a covered outdoor terrace for a range of low cost food & beverage options.

The project is under construction and scheduled to be completed in early 2024.
