PARADISE MASTERPLAN

The project brief called for a large mixed-use masterplan, primarily consisting of aged-care and independent living residential accommodation.

Spread over approximately 350 hectares, the site is marked by exciting topography projecting views towards to the sea.

The first of its kind, this masterplan will set the standard for retirement & independent living. 3,500 residences, retail, food & beverage, medical and fitness amenities make up the majority of the built form.

Detailed and substantial landscape design, include parks and lakes featuring walking & cycling tracks, picnic areas and public amenities create a lifestyle for a centralised and independent community.
